Steps for Hosting a Donation Drive
1. Check Space for Donation Bin(s)
Hosting a donation center for us at a public charity/company means that there must be enough space to place at least one donation bin.
2. Promote - Posters, Flyers, or Newsletters
Promote your donation drive! Whether it be posters, flyers, social media posts, or word of mouth, make sure people know about your donation drive, and what type of donations you're accepting. All this information can be found in our Donation Drive Kit.
3. Set up Start and End Dates
Communicate with the public charity/company efficiently to ensure that there is a set time period for people to donate; we recommend leaving the bin out for at least 1 week!
4. Get Donating!
Encourage others to donate items to your drive to make your event a success.​
5. Contact Us
Once your drive is finished, feel free to either contact rememberthetoothfairy@gmail.com to organize your delivery plans, or donate collected items to an area in need near you. We kindly ask that you update us on all items you've collected, so we can keep an official record :)​
